The application seeks an amendment of the scheme of amalgamation presented to this Court in this Company Scheme Petition. The schedule of amendment is annexed to the Company Application. The modification has been necessitated as a result of a subdivision of the face value of equity shares of the transferee company and also an increase in its authorized share capital.
