Perused the order dated 11th August, 2015. The petitioner has not complied with the said order. On 14th June, 2017 when this Petition was called out for admission, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 21st June, 2017 under the caption of dismissal. On 21st June, 2017 time was sought on behalf of the petitioner by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Today, none appears for the petitioner. Hence, we dismiss the Petition for non-prosecution.
