This is a petition fled under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 whereby the petitioner has prayed that the witness summons be issued to Mr. Awdhoot A. Kulkarni who is an employee of STUP Consultants Pvt. Ltd. to give evidence in the arbitral proceedings.

Having perused the averments in the petition and after having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner for sometime, he seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
