The appeal is placed before this Court in pursuance of the order passed by the Company Registrar for rejection of the appeal under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules for non-removal of office objections.

Learned Counsel for the Appellants seeks four weeks time for removal of office objections. The office objections to be removed within four weeks from today.
