Testamentary Petition No.297 of 2013 is filed for grant of Probate of Will dated 25.10.2002 of Pandurang Vasudeo Datar (for short 'deceased'). The deceased died at Mumbai on 06.11.2011. The deceased had left a writing which is his last Will and Testament. Copy whereof is annexed at exhibit-A.

In pursuance of citation issued, Ms Neeta Pradeep Pandit filed Caveat on 03.08.2013 as also affidavit in support of the Caveat. 4.

Ms Neeta Pradeep Pandit is present in the Court. She has tendered photocopy of her PAN card, which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification. She has also written on Farad that she wants to withdraw the Caveat. Mr. Dubey also states that Caveatrix wants to withdraw the Caveat. Mr. Chaurasia states that Caveat was filed only by Neeta Pradeed Pandit.
