On payment of an amount of Rs.25,000/- as costs payable to Defendants Nos. 1 and 2, this being an amount volunteered or offered by the Applicant-original Plaintiff, the Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) to the limited extent of restoring the Suit. The further prayer for restoration of interim orders is not accepted in any view of the matter. Mr Doijode for the Defendant says that there were no protective orders operating in favour of the Plaintiff. Even if they were, these are not restored. 5th June 2018
