Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the order passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master dated 18th April, 2017 is set aside against Defendants Nos.6 and 7 and the Written Statement of Defendant Nos.6 and 7 along with the Counter Claim are taken on record. The Chamber Order is accordingly disposed of.
