The Petition for Letters of Administration was dismissed for non-payment of court fees. The Petitioner could not afford the court fees at that time. There is also considerable delay because the order was not communicated to the Petitioner. She is of extremely modest means. As an exceptional case, I will make the Notice of Motion absolute condoning the delay.

The Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Court fees to be paid with no possibility of extension on or before 30th July 2018, failing which the Petition will 2nd July 2018
