CORAM: S. C. DHARMADHIKARI & G.S. PATEL, JJ DATED:

4th June 2019 PC:- 1.

Heard both sides and perusing the order which is interim and which only directs parties to maintain status quo, we do not think that the allegations as made in the Contempt Petition can be a foundation for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 4th June 2019

2-CP68-12.DOC 1971. If the order is capable of more than one meaning then no case of contempt can be founded on such an order.

2.

The Contempt Petition is misconceived and it is dismissed. (G. S. PATEL, J) (S. C. DHARMADHIKARI, J) 4th June 2019
