Accepted. There were six heirs. One of them is Petitioner. All other heirs have consented. Hence, proclamation dispensed with and made returnable forthwith.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Pushpa Alias Pushpabai Hiralal Solanki, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where she was ordinarily resident, on 12th February 2011. A copy of her death certificate is annexed. 3.
The deceased was survived by the Petitioner and five other heirs whose names are set out in a tabulation below paragraph 4 of 13th October 2016

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required in relation to SRA Project at Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Plot No. 267, General A.K. Vaidya Marg, Malad (East), Mumbai 400 097.

All the heirs have consented. No other Petition for a Heirship Certificate, Succession Certificate, Probate or Letters of Administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Ashok Hiralal Solanki, Paru Kishire Patel, Kanti Hiralal Solanki, Prakash Hiralal Solanki, Jaya Deepak Solanki, and Vanita Rajesh Solanki.
