We are informed that most of the issues raised by the Petitioners in this petition have been taken care of and, therefore, strictly speaking, the writ petition has become infructuous. 2.

The only issue, which now remains to be considered, is regarding checklist of the pleadings filed on the Original Side of this Court. We are informed that this subject is to be argued and placed before the Rule Committee and the same is being considered. 3.
