The petitioner has alternate and equally efficacious remedies available and can pursue them. Those can be pursued in accordance with law. We do not think that the writ petition can be entertained and matters arising from the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to avail of all the remedies and available in law.

This writ petition and some others had to be filed only because at one time the petitioners were apprehending that an alternate forum or remedy being unavailable to them. Now it is stated that the issue arising out of a resolution passed by the Presiding Officers of the Debts Recovery Tribunal has been resolved. The petitioner is, therefore, granted the above liberty.
