Mr. Kanuga, counsel for respondent no.1 states that in view of this court allowing a similar application in a companion suit being suit no.2514 of 2000, the court may allow this chamber summons in terms of prayer clauses - (a), (b) and (c).
Mr. Dixit, counsel for plaintiff states that respondent no.2 has also been served the chamber summons and undertakes to file affidavit of service within two weeks.
The chamber summons, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clauses - (a), (b) and (c).

Mr. Kanuga states that by tomorrow, i.e., 5th July, 2017 he will provide current address of respondent no.2 to the advocate for plaintiff. Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended plaint to be served within three weeks.
Written statement to be filed and copy served within six weeks of receiving copy of the amended plaint.
Chamber summons accordingly stands disposed.
