1] By the impugned order, the application made by the petitioner for mutating his name in the revenue record as a co-sharer has been rejected. Statutory remedies are available to the petitioner under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. By keeping open the said remedies, we dispose of this petition.

2] If the petitioner avails of the remedy under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, the concerned authority is bound to note that the present petition was filed on 31st August 2017 and the same remained pending in this Court till today.

3] All contentions on merits are kept open.
