The matter was on board on 24th March, 2015 when none appeared for the petitioners though the matter was called out twice. On 31st March, 2015, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners sought time to take instructions from the petitioners and did not prosecute the matter.

Mr.Poojary, learned counsel for the respondents states on instructions that the matter is already settled with the petitioners and the petitioners had undertaken to withdraw this petition. The respondents have already given no objection in favour of the petitioners. The statement is accepted.
