By order dated 17.07.2023, this Court (Coram: Milind N. Jadhav, J) granted leave to the applicant to carry out amendment. It was further directed that after the amendment is carried out, the applicants would have to segregate the properties in terms of the directions given in paragraph No.5 of the said order. It was further recorded that only after the exercise of segregation is carried out, that appropriate directions could be issued to amend the schedule of properties of the deceased Maina. Pursuant to the said order, the applicants have filed an affidavit dated 02.02.2024, giving details of shares and bank accounts jointly held by the deceased Maina and Raja Ganesh. The affidavit appears to have been e-filed and it is also physically tendered in the Court. The same is taken on record. 2.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the applicants also invited attention of this Court to the additional affidavit dated 15.12.2022, taken on record, which refers to further equity shares held in the name of the deceased Maina and Raja Ganesh.

Consequently, the applicants shall now carry out amendment of the schedule in terms of the prayer made in the application and the details given in the affidavits dated 15.12.2022 and 02.02.2024. 4.

The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
