By this petition, filed as far back on 22/8/2019, the petitioners have challenged arbitral award dated 25/4/2019. There is a notice of motion filed alongwith the petition seeking condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the accompanying petition. The petition and the notice of motion were moved on 16/10/2019 and on that day also, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petition and the notice of motion were never listed. It is on specific directions given by this Court to list such matters that were filed and kept pending, that the petition alongwith notice of motion is listed today for consideration.

Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.
