Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit on the basis of specific instructions received by him on 26 July 2017, from the Assistant Vice President-Legal & Compliance of the Plaintiff. This application is made in the presence of Mr. Rajkiran Sawant, Manager-Legal of the Plaintiff. Learned Counsel tenders the copies of e-mail instructions addressed by the Plaintiff on 26 July 2017 as well as authority letter in favour of Rajkiran Sawant. Learned Counsel desires that these copies be kept on record. Accordingly, the e-mail dated 26 July 2017, authority letter in favour of Rajkiran Sawant and ID proof of Mr. Rajkiran Sawant are, respectively, taken on record, marked 'X', 'X-1' and 'X-2'.
