The Chamber Summons is by the Plaintiffs to implead the heirs of the 7th Defendant. The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out on or before 6th March 2017 without need of reverification.

If the amendment is not carried out by that date, this order will be recalled and the Chamber Summons will stand dismissed. The result will then be that the Suit will stand abated as against the 7th Defendant.
