Mr. Jay Shah, authorized representative of the petitioners who is now known as Arete Securities Limited, has submitted an authorization given to him by the petitioners to withdraw the present petition for the reasons as set out in the praecipe namely that the petition is being withdrawn in view of a decision of the Supreme Court in similar proceedings. Copy of the authorization letter along with the annexure which is Aadhar Card is taken on record.

The petitioners are accordingly permitted to withdraw this petition. 3.

Disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.

Interim application as filed on behalf of the SEBI would also not survive. It is accordingly disposed of.
