The learned counsel for the plaintiff has invited the attention of the Court to the judgment and order of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 11260 of 2018 dated 22 nd November 2018. By the said order Summary Suit No.776 of 2014 (now numbered as 'Commercial Summary Suit No.68 of 2014') and 105 of 2015 were disposed of in terms of the settlement.
