By these notices of motion, the applicant seeks condonation of delay, if any, in filing the present petitions. No affidavit 1/2

nms1279-15g in reply has been filed by the respondent.

On perusal of the affidavit in support of the notices of motion, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, all the notices of motion are made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay in filing the present petitions is condoned.

The applicant / petitioner is directed to remove office objections within three weeks from today, failing which the petitions to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

If the office objections are removed within the prescribed period, place the above petitions for admission on board on 14th September, 2015.

All the above notices of motion are accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
