On 1.8.2018 it was noted that only noticee no.4 i.e., Puneet Singh, ex-director had not filed statement of affairs. Mr.Ansari for noticee no.4 Puneet Singh has filed an affidavit of Puneet Singh (original is misplaced, photo copy is filed) affirmed on 25.9.2017 in which it is explained that Mr.Puneet Singh became director of the company on 20.5.2012 but resigned on 30.6.2012. I have perused the affidavit and the documents annexed thereto. I am satisfied with the explanation given by Mr.Puneet Singh. Therefore, noticee nos.1, 2 & 3 having filed statement of affairs, the Official Liquidator is directed to consider the same and intimate to the 3 ex-directors and noticee nos.5, KJ

2/2 6.OLR190.17.doc 6 & 7 about the defects if any, and all these 6 persons, within two weeks of receiving communication from the Official Liquidator, make good the deficiencies. If it is not so strictly complied with, the Official Liquidator may go ahead and file complaint under section 454 of the Companies Act, 1956 against noticee nos.1, 2, 3, 5, 6 & 7. 2.
