The counsels for the plaintiff and the defendants state that the parties have amicably settled the matter in terms of the Consent Terms dated, 22nd December 2016. The Consent Terms are signed by the plaintiff and all the defendants is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. During the hearing today, the counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the defendants stated that Paragraph 10A of the Consent Terms is being corrected to read as : 'The suit be decreed as per the Consent Terms'. The corrections has been signed by the plaintiff and his Advocate and Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

7.ss.113.2016.sj.59.2016.doc by the Advocate for the defendants who states that he has authority from the defendants to agree to the Consent Terms. The counsel for the defendants also states that the defendants have not remained present today due to ill health and he identifies signatures of each of the defendants. The undertakings contained in the Consent Terms are accepted and so ordered.

The suit stands disposed accordingly.
