We are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Single Judge dated 2nd July, 2015 for interim relief under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

The parties may file application under Section 11 of the said Act for appointment of an arbitrator, in the event, the respondents do not appoint an arbitrator by consent.

Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
