This is a notice under Order 21 Rule 22. Notice is seen to be served on respondent no.2. Respondent no. 2 is absent on call 2.

However as far as respondent no. 1 is concerned learned counsel states that notice has been returned with remark "left". The applicant did not have the current address of respondent no.1. Accordingly I pass the following order :

(i) Notice is therefore made absolute against respondent no.2. (ii) As far as respondent no. 1 is concerned liberty is granted to apply RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI for fresh notice after ascertaining the current whereabouts of the judgment debtor.
