By this petitioner, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 6th July, 2019 passed by the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee rejecting the Application No. 121 of 2019 filed by the petitioner as premature. 2.

There is no dispute that the issue whether the petitioner shall be removed or not as the developer under Section 13(2) of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, would be decided in the meeting proposed to be held by the respondent no.2 society in the presence of the Office bearers of the Co-operative Society/SRA.

I do not thus find any substance in this petition. The petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings, depending upon the outcome of the said meeting.

Writ Petition (L) No. 2482 of 2019 is disposed off on aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
