By an order dated 19 April 2017 passed by this Court Mr.Shrikant Gajanan Shirgaonkar, maternal uncle of the applicant Yash Mahesh Nagvekar was appointed as guardian. In paragraph 6 of the said order, the Court directed that the amounts mentioned in paragraph 8 of the Misc. Petition no.6 of 2012 to be paid over with accumulated interest to the Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to the credit of the minor-Yash Mahesh Nagvekar. The Judge's order has been taken out as Yash Mahesh Nagvekar has now attained majority on 7 January 2018, as set out in his joint affidavit filed bdy the petitioner-Shrikant Gajanan Shirgaonkar and also Yash Mahesh Nagvekar. A deposit certificate is obtained from the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court dated 16 July 2019 which indicates that the amount lying in the fixed deposit is Rs.77,466/-. As per the deposit certificate dated 16 July 2019, it is possible that the amount has accrued further interest.

In the above circumstances, the judge's order is required to be granted.

Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court shall permit withdrawal and/or may payment of Rs.67593/- alongwith accrued interest in favour of the applicant - Yash Mahesh Nagvekar. Judges' order is separately signed. 4.

Disposed of in the above terms. Necessary action be taken within two weeks from today.
