ORDER :

The learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant / Petitioner states that after grant amendment to Schedule I of the Petition as per the Schedule of amendment at Exhibit A to the Interim Application along with consequential amendments to grant dated 11th June, 2019 was allowed by this Court by order dated 14th January, 2022 and which was to be carried out on or before 28th January, 2022. There is an objection raised by the Testamentary Department that in Schedule I of 1/3

amendment at Exhibit A to the Interim Application (L) No.212208 of 2021, the value of the shares of Voltas Ltd was not mentioned and only number of shares were mentioned. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner further states that there is urgency as the concerned shares are being transferred to IEPF Account by March, 15th March 2022 on account of the shares not being included in the grant which had been granted in Letters of Administration with Will annexed.

Having considered the submissions of the learned Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner and the averments in the praecipe dated 1st March, 2022, a case is made out for permitting the Applicant / Petitioner to amend the draft schedule of amendment at Exhibit A to the disposed of Interim Application (L) No.21208 of 2021 by including the value of the equity shares of Voltas Ltd as Rs.2,000/-. This amendment shall be carried out by the Applicant / Petitioner in the draft schedule of amendment at Exhibit A to the disposed of Interim Application by 11th March, 2022.

The Testamentary Department shall take into account the amended draft schedule at Exhibit A to the disposed of Interim Application.

The Praecipe is disposed of accordingly.
