By consent of the parties, Shri. Rohan Sawant a counsel of this Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator in place of sole arbitrator who has vacated his office. The parties have agreed to pay fees to the learned arbitrator upto Rs. 20,000/- per hearing. Insofar as other expenses including charges for booking conference hall, steno charges etc. are concerned, both the parties have agreed to share the same equally at the first instance. The learned arbitrator is accordingly requested to accept the fees upto Rs. 20,000/- for per hearing or part thereof.

The learned arbitrator shall file disclosure under section 12(1) 1/2
