There is a note by Mrs Chandan Bhatt that although the Suit and the Petition were disposed of on 4th August 2015, the Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr Dwij Mahimtura, has not submitted a draft decree for the issuance of grant and that is why the grant has been held up for more than three years.

The Registry will issue a notice to Mr Mahimtura to submit a decree in draft by 22nd November 2018. If not done by that date, the order of 4th August 2015 will stand recalled and the Petition will stand summarily dismissed without reference to the Court. (G. S. PATEL, J) 22nd October 2018
