By this notice of motion filed in review petition, the review petitioner seeks condonation of delay of 365 days in filing review petition. No affidavit in reply is filed. Since this court has heard the parties on merits in the review petition itself and for the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, I propose to condone the delay of 365 days in filing review petition. Notice of motion is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). No order as to costs.
