For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support, the delay is condoned. The Caveant and Affidavit in Support filed but not served. The Caveatrix's Advocates shall serve the Caveat and Affidavit in Support on the Advocates for the Petitioner on or before 14th October 2015.
