---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 17th JANUARY, 2017 P.C.:- Mr. More, counsel for the petitioner states that in compliance with the order dated 13th October, 2016 read with order dated 21st October, 2016 the petitioner has deposited with the Prothonotary and Senior Master five fixed deposit receipts (originals) for a total sum of Rs.15,24,000/-. The statement is accepted. In view of the above, the minor - Jay Arjun Lalwani can take back these fixed deposit receipts upon becoming a major, which from his birth certificate appears to be, on 16th September, 2017. The petition is, therefore, accepted and disposed accordingly.
