This is an application filed by the Applicant / Petitioner for seeking amendment in the Petition to the extent of adding parties i.e. Respondent authorities by name, as specified in the Schedule of Amendment at page 13. Learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, states that she is not praying for amendment insofar as 1/2

10-ia3116-22.doc Respondent Nos.4 and 5 mentioned in the schedule is concerned. However, she contends that the Respondent No.6 mentioned therein, be permitted to be added by name.

Heard learned counsel for Respondents. In view of the fact that this Petition is not yet admitted, we are inclined to grant this Interim Application.

For reasons stated in the application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a),(b) & (c) to the extent of impleading Mr.Shekhar Channe as the Respondent No.5. Amendment to be carried out, with its copy served upon Respondents, within one week from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.
