Mr. Pandey states that petitioner is already in liquidation pursuant to orders passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai. Mr. Pandey states that he had informed the Resolution Professional about the pendency of this petition and he received a reply stating that another Resolution Professional is appointed as Liquidator and Mr. Pandey' s communications have been forwarded to that person. Mr. Pandey states that the Liquidator of petitioner has not reverted with any instructions. In the circumstances, arbitration petition dismissed. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Gauri Gaekwad
