Mr. Damle, learned senior counsel having taken instructions from Dr. Shwetak H. Jain, Director of the petitioner, makes a statement that the offending structure described in "Exhibit X" at page 92 is already removed. In the light of the said statement, the petitioner does not wish to proceed further and seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.

In view of the dismissal of the petition, chamber summons Nos.61 of 2014 and 91 of 2016 will not survive for consideration and same are also dismissed.
