This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") seeking extension of time for the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and make an award. It is informed that the evidence is concluded and the matter is now fixed for final hearing of the parties. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection if time is extended. 3.

In the circumstances, time to conclude the arbitral proceedings and pronounce an award is extended upto 30 May 2020. 4.
