1] The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a Writ of Mandamus to the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 to grant admission to the Petitioners' son in 1st standard.

2] The learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.5 and 6 submits that the Petitioner had applied for admission much after the school session had commenced and the admissions were already over. 3] It is submitted that since the admissions were to the full capacity, the claim of the Petitioner which was belated could not have been considered.

4] Taking into consideration the facts of the matter and particularly when the Petitioner himself had applied after the school session had commenced, we see no reason to interfere in the present Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed.
