This petition is directed against the order of assessment. Learned counsel for the Petitioner sought Petitioner to withdraw the petition for availing statutory remedy. Such appeal is filed latest by 10th December, 2018 and is accompanied by application for condonation of delay, the Appellate Authority would consider such application particularly bearing in mind that Petitioner under bonafide belief was pursued application before this Court. The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
