Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. The Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of about 1254 days in filing the Affidavit of Proof of Debts of the Applicant with the Respondent;

The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicant within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order. The Company Application is accordingly disposed of.
