Affidavit of Shri Anil A. Shevale working as the Senior Inspector (License) 'S' ward of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation is tendered across the Bar. We accept the statements made in clauses (c) and (d) of paragraph 4 of the said affidavit. 2.

In view of the said statements which are accepted, it is not necessary to consider prayer clauses (a) to (c) on merits. However, we clarify that we have not accepted the correctness of the other contentions raised by Shri Anil A. Shevale in his affidavit and all issues regarding the stalls held by the Petitioners are kept open.
