The present Petition impugns the orders dated 27 th April 2018 and th August 2016 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies and the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies respectively. 2.

By the impugned orders the application of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 has effectively been allowed.

Today when the matter was called, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 through counsel, state that they shall use and occupy the said Flat No.2 on the ground floor of the building of the Petitioner-Society in accordance with D.C. Regulations only. This statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is satisfied with this statement. Today the Representatives of the Petitioner Society are present in Court. 5.

In light of this statement, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition.
