The Petitioner contended that the Respondents are in contempt of the order dated 19 October 2013 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the Writ Petition. By this order notice was issued to the Respondents and ad-interim order of not to take

15. CONPW 72.13.doc coercive steps was issued. It is stated in the Petition that in spite of this order, the Respondents - Officers continued with action of seizure under the panchnama. The Contempt Petition has been filed on 22 October 2013. It has not been circulated even once. The Contempt Petition has come up in regular course. 3.

The order passed in Writ Petition No. 659 of 2014 is placed before us. The Petition was disposed of by order dated 13 February 2015 on the Petitioner's simplicitor statement that the Petition has become infructuous.

In the light of this position, we are not inclined to proceed further in the contempt jurisdiction. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
