The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. At the request of Mr Rajadhyaksha, it is taken up urgently. The Plaint is in the process of being lodged. 3.

The proposed suit is in regard to certain pledged shares. The Petition discloses that a material part of the cause of action has arisen in the jurisdiction of this Court. However some of the Respondents are outside Mumbai.
