CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.855 OF 2018 In the affidavit in support it is stated that applicant, who is a widow of Sachin Chandrakant Damame has two minor children. Applicant is present in Court and states that they are twins and 3 1⁄2 years old. The Accounts Officer of this Court to look into the same and submit a report as to whether the amount can be given to applicant in entirety and to what extent. The report to be placed before the next date. Stand over to 4th March 2019.

CHAMBER SUMMONS NO.924 OF 2018 Mr. Borhade, counsel for petitioner states that the chamber Gauri Gaekwad

Therefore, chamber summons is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a) which reads as under : (a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow applicant/ respondent no.7 to amend the title of the petition by deleting her original name Archana Chandrakant Damame and inserting her new name Mrs. Archana Shankar Thakur as per the Schedule annexed to the chamber summons.
