The period for lodging the certified copies of orders dated 22 December 2011 and 12 April 2012 is sought to be extended by this application. On the last occasion, the Registrar of Companies sought time to file a reply. No reply is filed till date.
For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the company application, the delay in lodging the certified copies is condoned and the period for lodging the certified copies of common orders dated 22 December 2011 and 12 April 2012 passed on Company Petition Nos.266 to 269 of 2006 along with composite scheme of amalgamation is extended by a period of four weeks from today.
The application is also made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b) and disposed of, accordingly.
