1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent. 2] This Notice of Motion is taken out for condonation of delay and for restoration of the Writ Petition, which came to be dismissed for non removal of the office objection.

2] For the reasons stated in the Notice of Motion, as sufficient cause is made out, in the interest of justice the delay is condoned. Notice of Motion is allowed.

3] The Writ Petition is restored to it's original fie subject to condition of petitioner removing office objection within a period of two weeks. On petitioner's failure to remove office objections within the stipulated period, this petition will automatically stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
