On 28-08-2014, this Court passed the following order : "The above Arbitration Petition was called out in the morning session, when none appeared before this Court. In view thereof, the matter was kept back. The matter is once again called out at 3.51 p.m., when again none appear for the Applicant. In view thereof, the above Arbitration Application stands dismissed for want of prosecution".

The Applicant has therefore, taken out the above Notice of Motion seeking restoration of the Arbitration Application. I have perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. From the order dated 28-08-2014, it appears that the Respondent too were not present. The Notice of Motion is therefore, ssp 1/2

nms 1560 of 2014 (910).sxw allowed and the Arbitration Application is therefore, restored to file. The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of.

A copy of this order shall be forthwith forwarded by the Office to the Respondent by Speed Post A.D.

Place the Arbitration Application for hearing and final disposal on 1st April, 2016.
