The Petitioners and Respondents are present in person. Except Respondent Nos. 19 and 36 all the Respondents are represented by their counsel. They have filed consent terms which is taken on record and marked Exhibit "X" for identification. 3.
The Respondent Nos. 19 and 36 who are present in person are being identified by learned counsel Ms. Prerna Lalchandani. They have filed separate consent terms which are Vishal Parekar 1/2

The learned counsel for the parties as also the parties who are present in person submit that the Petition may be disposed of in terms of the consent terms Exhibit X and Y. They submit that there is no difference in both the consent terms. 5.
Having regard to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the fact that the consent terms are legal and not opposed to any public policy, we accept the consent terms and dispose of this Writ Petition in terms of the consent terms (Exhibit X and Y).

The undertaking given in the consent terms is accepted. 7.
The Petition is disposed of as such.
